Authentic South Indian Flavours
Dosa Feast was born from a simple wish — to share the honest, comforting food we grew up with. Our kitchen in Mahogany, Calgary SE, is built around the everyday classics of South India: crisp dosas, pillowy idlis, tangy sambar and coconut chutneys ground fresh each morning. Alongside them we serve much-loved Indian favourites like biryani, curries and tandoori breads.
Traditional Spices
We toast and grind our own spice blends so every curry and masala tastes the way it should — layered, aromatic and never one-note.
Fresh Preparation
Dosa batters are fermented overnight and cooked to order. Nothing sits around — flavour and texture matter to us.
